Full Job Description

$18.00 per hour plus monthly retail commissions can add $1-2 per hour.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Spa Coordinator to join our team at Silverleaf Club. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth spa operations while upholding the highest standards of luxury and service.

Education and Experience:

College degree preferred or equivalent industry training.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and spa-related software.
Previous guest service experience in a luxury private club or resort setting is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move at a steady pace for up to 8 hours.
Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
High level of physical fitness required.
Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

Mental Requirements:

Strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Confident, assertive, and outgoing personality.
Ability to describe and promote spa services and products persuasively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic mathematical and computational abilities.
Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, passion, and pride in your work.
Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and colleagues with professionalism and attentiveness.
Maintain the privacy, priorities, and satisfaction of all club stakeholders.
Ensure fiscal responsibility and member satisfaction when making decisions.
Take ownership of the cleanliness and presentation of the club, ensuring a pristine environment.
Adhere to Silverleaf’s attendance standards and flexible scheduling requirements.
Comply with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
Greet guests warmly, using proper salutations and a welcoming demeanor.
Manage guest reservations, confirmations, and modifications efficiently.
Enter and maintain accurate guest information in the reservation system.
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, guest concerns, and other issues proactively.
Provide in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and facilities.
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and reconciling daily sales.
Distribute gratuities properly and ensure accurate financial documentation.
Promote and sell gift certificates and retail products.
Schedule treatment staff effectively, ensuring fair and efficient allocation.
Actively participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Follow established lost-and-found procedures.
Maintain the front desk area with necessary supplies and organization.
Assist in coordinating between departments to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including common areas, fitness facilities, and locker rooms.
Comply with all Silverleaf company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as required by management.
