Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency with various financial software, and a passion for meticulous data analysis. As an integral part of our operations, you will handle a broad range of accounting functions, while contributing to the organization’s strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

Perform account analysis to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures, including ledger review and financial reporting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare periodic financial reports.
Distribute financial reports and assist in answering operations directors' questions.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and related reports and schedules.

Skills

Strong knowledge of corporate accounting standards.
Proficiency with multiple accounting systems including CYMA and Excell.
Understanding of general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounting processes.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation and audit preparation.
Must be detail orientented.
