Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring initiatives and help build high-performing teams across a fast-growing organization. In this role, you will identify, engage, and hire top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

This is a full-time opportunity for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and enjoy sourcing talent, managing recruitment pipelines, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate outreach through offer acceptance.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication.
Share market insights and recruiting best practices to continuously improve hiring processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
Experience managing multiple open requisitions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, AI, or other hard-to-fill roles.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring practices.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and contributing to a collaborative recruiting team.
