Position Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Fiber Splicers in Arizona to support our expanding fiber construction operations. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in precise, high-quality work, thrive in fast-paced field environments, and are looking to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

Splice and test fiber optic cables, ensuring high-quality connections and accurate documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in newly installed and existing fiber networks
Assist the Foreman/Supervisor with daily operations and on-site coordination
Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles (if authorized)
Work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions
Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Support additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
Valid driver’s license
Team-oriented with clear and effective communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Must be located in Arizona

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
