We specialize in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures to help individuals look their best [i.e. awake liposuction, natural fat transfers, cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Dermal Filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, PDO threads, fat dissolver, laser resurfacing, microneedling, facials, and medical grade skincare] as well as regenerative wellness services to feel your best [i.e. medical weight loss, peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, IV hydration, and stem cell therapy].

THE POSITION:

This dynamic position as a medical assistant plays a vital role at Haus of Confidence. This position involves managing a thriving schedule with providers that are performing treatments of neurotoxin, filler, biostimulators and natural growth factor injections, along with PDO Threading, pre and post operative appointments for awake liposuction and much more. You will need to coordinate communication with the team and patients. You need to be an autonomous worker, maintaining Haus of Confidence's protocols and procedures, while having a sterile, tidy environment. We prioritize learning and continuing education for our team and education for our patients, community and industry.

MUST HAVES:

MA or CNA Certification with prior experience as a medical assistant
Knowledgeable in aesthetic procedures [i.e. neurotoxin, filler, biostimulators, PRF injections, fat dissolver]
Knowledgeable and responsible for abiding by all treatment protocols
Meticulous and timely with charting
Punctual with arrival to work and staying on time with schedule/patient load
Maintains a sterile, tidy environment in all work areas
Team player that loves helping out whenever possible [i.e. always looking for what else can be accomplished when personal work is complete]
Excellent communication skills [both verbal and nonverbal]
Positive and upbeat personality [we are a lively bunch at Haus of Confidence]
Action-oriented with ability to take constructive feedback
Ability to set the tone for the team with optimal professionalism
Loves continuous learning and attends all training, meetings, team activities, and education

NOT THE RIGHT FIT:

Candidate who does not have any assisting experience
Someone who needs a ton of structure and consistency
Not willing to jump in as needed on tasks that aren’t “yours”
Someone who can’t work independently
Someone who is not tech savvy and may shy away from figuring things out for themselves

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical Support

Assist providers with cosmetic injectables or surgical days
Maintain a sterile and tidy environment
Manage patient photos
Numbing clients prior to treatments

Patient Care

Send pre-care instructions and reminders for upcoming appointments
Conduct follow-up calls to check on patient well-being and provide virtual post-care instructions
Take patient notes and update medical history
Vitals, weight logging, prepping for blood draws/IVs, cleaning tools

Administrative Tasks

Create tickets and encounters for patients, verifying medical and treatment history
Manage Rewards Program points, Membership status, and apply credits as needed
Check out guests, complete daily inventory, and weekly supply stock checks
Sell membership packages

Scheduling and Time Management

Arrive 20-30 minutes before first patient to prepare
Manage schedule to stay on time with each guest
Ensure adequate time for treatments and schedule accordingly

Team Collaboration

Attend training sessions, meetings, team activities, and education as requested
Assist team members with patients, charts, training, and educational materials
Contribute to marketing efforts, including creating content and hosting events

Operational Duties

Follow morning and evening duties established by the clinic
Restock rooms with necessary supplies
Adhere to HAUS Dress and Appearance code
