Project Manager – Lead Residential Construction Projects for Elevated Construction Solutions LLC

Job Overview

Company: Elevated Construction Solutions LLC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience).
Location: Plant City, Florida (Onsite).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope: Residential Construction.
Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will take complete ownership of multiple residential jobsites, driving them from permitting to successful completion. Your leadership ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high construction quality. This is an impactful role where your proactive problem-solving directly accelerates company growth across Southwest Florida.

How You Will Make an Impact

Coordinate multiple residential jobsites simultaneously to ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Direct subcontractor workflows and maintain strict accountability for installation quality and safety protocols.
Manage construction permitting processes seamlessly through Florida county portals like Accela.
Inspect project progress regularly to guarantee full compliance with Florida wind and flood building codes.
Execute monthly draws and manage detailed AIA billing documentation with absolute precision.
Maintain real-time project visibility for ownership by updating tracking boards consistently within Monday.com.
Resolve complex on-site logistical and technical challenges independently without escalating minor routine issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing general contracting projects specifically within the state of Florida.
Proven experience navigating local county permitting portals and managing complex AIA billing cycles.
Demonstrated expertise in Florida wind and flood building code compliance for residential structures.
Strong established subcontractor and vendor relationships within the Southwest Florida and Tampa markets.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with field crews.
