Full Job Description

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Make service calculations based upon reference expense reports and timesheets
Issue invoices through SAP; Send them to customers and utilize the customers’ preferred invoicing platform.
Communicate with service account managers in both the US and Germany.
Act as backup for service quoting and service travel.
Managing all embedded contract costs and invoicing
Reviewing and maintaining jobs to ensure all invoices for each quarter and year have been submitted to the proper customers.
Work heavily with Account and Project Managers to ensure jobs are invoiced correctly
Review resource time forms and maintain records on accuracy
Train resources on time form submission

Competencies

Detail-Oriented
Proficient Math Skills; Good with Numbers
SAP Experience/Proficient in Excel
Good Communication Skills
Good ability to organize and remember details from jobs from months ago if questions arise

None

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hourly position. The “core” hours of work are between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

1) Technical or Associate’s Degree in Business Management

2) Proficient in Excel

3) SAP Experience preferred
