Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fixed Operations Dealership Manager to lead and optimize the performance of our service, parts, and collision departments. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability through effective management of team members and processes. Your leadership will ensure seamless dealership operations, foster a high-performance culture, and implement innovative strategies to meet business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about automotive service management and operational growth.

Duties

Lead and oversee all fixed operations including service, parts, and collision departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction scores, and optimize profit margins.
Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel data analysis techniques, and implement cost-control measures.
Drive team management initiatives by recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve high performance levels.
Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with executive-level teams to align fixed operations strategies with overall dealership goals.
Utilize project management skills to oversee facility upgrades, technology integrations, and operational initiatives that support business growth.
Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring exceptional service standards and resolving escalated client concerns promptly.
Conduct regular operational reviews, data-driven decision making, and strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven management experience within automotive or dealership environments with supervisory responsibilities in fixed operations.
Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational metrics.
Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning initiatives.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to develop talent and lead at an executive level.
Exceptional managerial communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate across departments effectively.
Deep knowledge of customer service principles within a fast-paced dealership setting.
Experience with lean management techniques aimed at operational efficiency enhancements.
Ability to analyze data for strategic insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.
