Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk

Fox Crossing Chiropractic – Neenah, WI

Full-Time

35-40 hours per week

Fox Crossing Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing chiropractic office.

We are a busy, patient-focused practice seeing approximately 250 patient visits each week. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm when things get busy, and genuinely wants to be part of a positive and supportive team.

Healthcare or chiropractic experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are much more interested in finding the right person who is dependable, kind, willing to learn, and works well with others.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on position that helps keep our patients and office running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
Checking patients in and out
Answering phones and responding to patient questions
Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
Collecting patient payments
Helping patients understand basic scheduling and account information
Communicating with doctors and other team members throughout the day
Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
Learning multiple front-desk responsibilities so team members can help one another when needed
Helping maintain an organized, efficient office
Supporting coworkers during busy periods

We have systems and procedures to teach you how our office operates. We expect new employees to ask questions and learn over time.

Our Work Environment

Fox Crossing Chiropractic is a growing chiropractic practice serving the Fox Valley community. Our office moves quickly at times, but our goal is to create an environment where employees communicate, help one another, and continually look for ways to make the patient experience and our workflow better.

We believe good systems should make people's jobs easier, not harder, and we are continually looking for ways to improve how our office operates.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience

We believe great employees should have opportunities to grow. New team members receive training and feedback as they learn the position, with a formal performance review after 90 days.

Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, initiative, and leadership may have opportunities for additional responsibilities and future advancement within the practice.

Current patient hours:

Monday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM–12:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM–11:30 AM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
Thursday: 12:30 PM–6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

Additional administrative/training hours may be included depending on the position and office needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Dependable attendance
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask in a patient-facing environment
Healthcare, chiropractic, medical office, reception, hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
