Full Job Description

URGENTLY HIRING:

Our practice is committed to providing the best surgical care with integrity and ethics to our patients. Our Board-Certified surgeons are recognized as leaders and specialists in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

We are seeking an energetic, patient care coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail-orientated, capable of multi-tasking and a team player!

As a member of our team, your essential responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

· Welcome and greet all patients and visitors.

· Register patients, which includes the process of checking in and out.

· Promptly answer all incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette.

· Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow ups.

· Obtain dental insurance benefits and eligibility.

· Prepare patient charts and consents.

· Present treatment plan(s) and assist with financial arrangements.

· Dental/Oral Surgery Billing (knowledge of CDT codes).

· Complete billing and collection process.

· Facilitate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff and patients.

· Compliant with HIPAA, OSHA and MSDS Guidelines
