Responsibilities:

- Experience with Insurance filing and follow up.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department and Scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for patients and rescheduling
- Manage guest relations and handle any guest inquiries or complaints
- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and patient accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction
- Implement and file Patient Insurances
- Monitor and manage the Billing statements utilizing the Dental software

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on Patient satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and scheduling for productivity
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Dental management software systems is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

As a Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk department. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the front office, including managing patient relations, training staff, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations, with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
