We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative/ Accounting Assistant to join our Travel Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support daily business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Administrative/Accounting Assistant will provide administrative and accounting support to the Travel Department. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial documentation, supporting the administrative staff, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Process and manage invoices for the Travel Department.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, reports, and reconciliation of invoices.
Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding administrative and billing matters.
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by the Travel Department Manager.

Qualifications

Previous administrative or accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
