What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll guide homeowners from their first consultation through project approval.

Some days you'll meet homeowners throughout the Valley. Other days you'll follow up with warm leads, create proposals, attend community events, or develop additional opportunities through referrals and neighborhood outreach.

Your responsibilities include:

Conduct in-home and virtual consultations
Understand each homeowner's goals and recommend the right solution
Design customized lighting layouts for each property
Prepare accurate proposals using company software
Build trust through education—not pressure
Present financing options
Follow up consistently to maximize conversions
Manage your sales pipeline within our CRM
Coordinate with Operations for a smooth project handoff
Represent Leading Edge at community events and trade shows
Continuously improve your sales and product knowledge

Long-term success means consistently exceeding sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and five-star reviews.

Compensation & Growth

This is a performance-driven sales position.

Compensation includes an hourly base wage plus uncapped performance bonuses. The majority of your earning potential comes from successfully closing projects.
