Designer - Sales Position
Cabinet Solutions has been serving the cabinetry market in Arizona since 2010. During this time, we have developed a spectacular reputation for customer service, design, and cabinetry.
We currently have an incredible team of people in all areas of our business (Design – Sales – Operations). With an established showroom in Scottsdale and a new showroom in Gilbert, we are seeking Design and Sales Professionals to join our team. We are looking for positive and outgoing people with experience in cabinetry sales and design. Working knowledge of 2020 and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. This is a flex position based primarily out of our Scottsdale showroom, with the opportunity to also work from our Gilbert showroom as business needs require.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of cabinetry design and/or sales experience.
- Experience with residential remodeling or new home construction is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and client-centered demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits:
Training Wage: $25.00–$28.00/hr (based on experience)
Post-Training Pay: $19.00/hr base + commission + bonuses

Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- In-person flex position based primarily at our Scottsdale showroom, with occasional scheduling at our Gilbert showroom
- Must have a reliable commute to both showroom locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
