We’re looking for energetic, professional servers who know how to create memorable guest experiences while thriving in a fast paced, high volume environment. If you love connecting with people, enjoy working with a strong team, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

This isn’t just another serving job. As part of South by Northwest Hospitality, you’ll be joining a company committed to developing hospitality professionals, promoting from within, and creating restaurants where both guests and employees genuinely enjoy spending their time.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for much more than taking orders.

You’ll guide guests through food and beverage selections, anticipate needs before they’re asked, work seamlessly with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff, and help create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Whether it’s a family celebrating, friends watching the big game, or guests enjoying duckpin bowling and simulators, you’ll be a key part of making their visit memorable.

What You’ll Need

Previous serving experience preferred, but personality and work ethic matter more than years on a résumé
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Arkansas alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
