Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance our HR functions across the organization. This pivotal role involves developing innovative talent management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive employee relations environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with extensive experience in HR systems, legal compliance, and organizational development, committed to driving organizational success through effective human resources management. Responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition initiatives by managing recruiting processes and overseeing onboarding programs to attract top talent.
Supervise HR team in delivering comprehensive employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and implementing conflict management solutions that foster a respectful workplace environment.
Oversee HR legal compliance management, including employment & labor law adherence, and FMLA administration.
Develop and implement organizational design strategies to optimize workforce structure, succession planning efforts, and change management initiatives for continuous improvement.
Administer benefits programs such as payroll processing, ensuring accurate benefits administration and compliance with applicable regulations.
Utilize HRIS platforms for data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to support human capital management initiatives.

Skills

Strong skills with the ability to manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively.
Proven experience in supervising human resources teams with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
Expertise in employment law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements affecting the workplace.
Advanced knowledge of HR systems such as Kronos or similar platforms for payroll, timekeeping, and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies to senior leadership and facilitating training sessions or employee evaluations.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, process improvement, and program management within fast-paced environments.
Skilled in conflict resolution techniques and employee misconduct investigations to maintain a positive work environment.
