Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Secretary/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, AR & AP management, account reconciliations, document preparation, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and dynamic team. A typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with optional overtime.

Qualifications:

Strong office management capabilities with experience in handling multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and document accuracy
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone reception abilities
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to manage high call volumes efficiently
Proven ability to prioritize tasks using effective time management strategies in a busy environment
Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Familiarity with filing systems, calendar management software, and basic office equipment operation
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members while maintaining confidentiality
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean driving record
Vehicle required for running short distance errands
