Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts
Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to recommend suitable life, wealth, and retirement insurance products.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication and personalized service, ensuring their understanding of policy benefits and coverage options.
Negotiate terms and policies effectively to secure favorable agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy renewals or inquiries.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach.
Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing questions related to benefits administration, claims processing, and policy updates while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

Must be willing to obtain your life license (Licensing Support Provided)
No previous insurance experience required (Training is provided)
Experience in teaching, coaching, sales, or customer service
Excellent communication abilities
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving client inquiries promptly.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
