Full Job Description

Our top teams at KW Metro Center Arlington are looking for licensed real estate agents to join & grow their team! Do you currently have your real estate license or in the process of getting your real estate license? Are you looking for support, top notch training, marketing, leads and the knowledge needed to navigate today's market? If you are looking to learn from some of the best in the business to help with lead generation and growing your business, we have the right opportunity for you! You will be backed by the #1 real estate company and supported by the best leadership team throughout the DMV area!

Responsibilities:

List and sell residential real estate
Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Daily Script Practice and Role Play.
Daily Lead Generation for a minimum of 3 hours per day to include inside and outside lead sources.
2 open houses per week.
Meet accountability standards and attend weekly consulting sessions.
Working with buyers - you must get energy from this activity and have passion for them no matter the life situation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate or other sales related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases or ability to learn quickly
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Virginia, DC, or Maryland Real Estate License, or willing to obtain one at your own expense

This position is commission only. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

$100,000.00+ /year
