Ethos St. Louis – Customer Care Advisor / Front Desk (Full-Time)

Join Our Growing Team at Ethos MedSpa

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Customer Care Advisor to join our exceptional team at Ethos MedSpa in St. Louis. If you are energetic, polished, self-motivated, and thrive in a professional, drama-free environment where excellence is the standard — we would love to meet you.

Our St. Louis team proudly serves clients at our Clayton and Chesterfield locations, and this position will work between both locations to support client experience and business growth.

Our Clayton location also features a full-service salon in addition to medical spa services, creating a dynamic, high-traffic environment that blends aesthetics and luxury beauty services under one roof. This role will support both the medical spa and salon front desk operations in Clayton, as well as the medical spa in Chesterfield.

This position works collaboratively with our customer care team, medical spa professionals, salon team members (Clayton), ownership, and the Customer Care Director to deliver an elevated client experience while supporting continued expansion in the St. Louis market.

Position Overview

The Customer Care Advisor is the first point of contact for our clients and represents the Ethos brand with professionalism and warmth. This individual plays a vital role in daily front desk operations, retail sales, client experience, and business development initiatives — including social media engagement.

This is a self-driven role that requires initiative, accountability, and close communication with leadership.

This position will work at both our Clayton and Chesterfield, Missouri locations based on scheduling and business needs, and must be comfortable supporting a hybrid med spa + salon environment in Clayton.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales

Deliver exceptional, client-focused customer service via phone, email, text, and in person
Educate clients on products and services, confidently recommending treatments and retail
Drive service bookings and maximize retail sales
Ensure every guest experience is clean, inviting, professional, and relaxing

Front Desk Operations

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments
Maintain waitlists to optimize booking gaps
Perform opening and closing procedures
Maintain accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation

Retail & Inventory

Process product and service transactions
Maintain retail displays and inventory organization
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management
Assist with weekly product ordering

Administrative & Database Management

Maintain accurate client records, consent forms, and financial information
Utilize CRM systems for appointment reminders, events, product launches, and follow-ups

Marketing & Social Media

Support business growth by posting on social media platforms as directed
Promote events, launches, and services to help drive new and returning business

General Qualifications

Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and retail POS systems
Professional, energetic, and polished presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership mentality
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented, coachable, and positive
Able to maintain appearance and dress code standards
Willing to attend trainings and meetings (in-person and virtual)
Adheres to all company policies and safety standards
Available for evenings and weekends
Comfortable working in both a medical spa and salon environment

Preferred Experience

1+ year required, 2+ years preferred in medical spa, aesthetic service sales, or luxury salon environment
Strong background in retail sales and customer relationship management
Experience driving revenue through service and product recommendations

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time, customer-facing position (approximately 40 hours per week).

Availability must include:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–8:30pm
Friday: 8:30am–6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am–4:30pm
Evenings and weekends required
Required to work at both Clayton and Chesterfield locations
