Position Overview

We’re seeking a licensed Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) who shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is someone who finds deep satisfaction in creating natural, confidence-boosting results, loves connecting with clients, and thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

Candidate will possess extensive experience in medical aesthetics, including administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, while demonstrating proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role involves providing safe, effective, and patient-centered aesthetic procedures within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform injectable aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.), dermal fillers, and peptide or vitamin therapies in accordance with established protocols, laws and regulations, and highly focused on client goals.
Conduct thorough consultations, developing personalized treatment plans with artistry and precision.

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and suitability evaluations for procedures

Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and ethical practice in all procedures.

· Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, potential risks aftercare, skincare routines, and complementary services for optimal long-term outcomes.

· Maintain accurate medical documentation of procedures performed in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies

· Monitor patients during and after procedures to manage any adverse reactions or complications effectively

Contribute to our positive, professional, and growth-oriented culture—supporting fellow team members and creating a welcoming environment.
Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, including esthetic laser treatments and other minimally invasive procedures
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterile processing standards during all procedures

Qualifications

Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Missouri.
Prior experience in aesthetic injections preferred (3+ year ideal), but an exceptional passion for aesthetics and willingness to train is also valued.
Proven experience with medical office procedures including injection techniques for dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics and physiology knowledge for safe injection practices
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to make clients feel seen, heard, and cared for.
