Production & eCommerce Packaging Associate
Our independently owned West Asheville plant medicine store is looking for a bright, enthusiastic Production & eCommerce Packaging Associate to join our team!
We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented associate who will work directly with both our Production and eCommerce teams. This position will support general hemp product production while also working closely with the eCommerce team to package flower products specifically for online sales and fulfillment.
As a small and collaborative team, flexibility is an important part of this role. While the primary responsibilities of this position will center around production and eCommerce flower packaging, day-to-day responsibilities may shift based on the needs of the business. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable pivoting between tasks, learning new processes, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to support different areas of the operation when necessary.
Primary responsibilities include hemp product production, flower weighing and packaging, inventory tracking, spreadsheet management, and working with our POS and KPI systems for accurate data tracking. This role requires someone who is organized, productive, comfortable working with data, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
You’ll be representing our brand and helping people FEEL BETTER with our premium, affordable Hemp & CBD products. These include CBD oils, hemp tinctures, topicals, edibles, smokables, pet products, flower products, and a wide assortment of packaged products and accessories.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior hemp, cannabis, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) production experience. Experience with flower packaging, inventory management, data tracking, and Google Sheets is highly desired.

Requirements
- One year of production experience within the hemp, cannabis, or CPG industry preferred
- Experience accurately weighing, packaging, and labeling products is highly desired
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to pivot between responsibilities based on operational needs
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes and become cross-trained in other areas of the operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working between Production and eCommerce teams
- Experience with inventory tracking and data entry
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, personable, and able to work 6-to-8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fast learner who is responsible, trustworthy, organized, and productive
- Reliable transportation required
- Knowledge of hemp, flower, and CBD products is preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
