As a leading regional provider, Pardee offers comprehensive medical services across multiple locations, including specialty clinics, urgent care centers, and primary care networks, serving a diverse patient population with over 2,000 dedicated team members.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Total Rewards Manager to lead our benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in human resources, benefits administration, and data analysis, with a passion for developing innovative reward programs that motivate and retain talent. As the Total Rewards Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures, employee benefits, and related HR systems to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
Oversee benefits administration programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and voluntary benefits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as HIPAA and employment law regulations.
Lead negotiations with vendors and service providers to optimize benefits offerings and manage contracts effectively. Designs, recommends and implements new benefits programs. Examine possible plan designs and benefits cost changes.
Ensure regulatory reporting compliance related to Medicare, workers' compensation, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other statutory requirements.
Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, evaluation processes, training & development initiatives to reinforce total rewards programs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law changes impacting compensation and benefits policies.
Directs and plans the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.)
Facilitates transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration. Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
Coordinates daily benefits processing. Plan, organize and execute open enrollment.
Evaluates and revises internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Enters accurate and timely entry of data into HRIS and Benefits tools. Maintains routine audits of benefits information in HRIS tools to ensure data integrity.
Monitors administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding. Prepares budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds.
Reviews both short- and long-range cost estimates/projections and relevant statistical analyses regarding modifications in benefits programs and implementation of new programs.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or and equivalent combination of education, training and experience
5 years of experience managing total rewards programs within a healthcare organization.
Familiarity with benefits administration including health plans, retirement programs, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Excellent communication skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
