Office Assistant (QuickBooks Experience Required)

Location: Ashland, KY
Company: Pro-ffitt LLC Welding & Fabrication

Pro-ffitt LLC Welding & Fabrication is seeking a dependable, organized Office Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced with QuickBooks to help keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Create invoices and process customer payments
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Answer phones and greet customers professionally
File paperwork and organize office records
Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks & Excel (required)
Previous office administration or bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
