Salary: $50,000–$72,000 per year
Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 DOE
Performance Bonus: Up to approximately $10,000–$12,000 annually based on branch performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Medford branch while ensuring outstanding client care, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and support office staff and caregivers
- Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
- Train and develop multiple office positions
- Conduct employee coaching, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Promote employee engagement and retention
Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations
- Monitor agency performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure scheduling processes remain efficient and client-focused
- Assist with payroll-related functions and payroll accuracy
- Complete unemployment questionnaires and employment documentation
- Collaborate with Scheduling, Recruiting, Nursing, and Care Advocates to ensure seamless operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
- Conduct caregiver and client file audits
- Prepare the agency for state surveys and licensing reviews
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted timely
- Monitor employee training and onboarding compliance
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Client & Community Relations
- Maintain exceptional client satisfaction
- Build and strengthen relationships with referral partners and community organizations
- Support agency growth through outstanding customer service and operational excellence
- Assist with resolving client and caregiver concerns professionally and efficiently
The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the branch, overseeing staff management, audits, compliance, payroll support, employee coaching, onboarding, quality assurance, and day-to-day agency operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable management experience in a healthcare-related field
- Thorough understanding of Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) applicable to healthcare or home care
- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Preferred
- Home care leadership experience
- Healthcare administration experience
- Experience with WellSky or comparable healthcare software
- Payroll and HR experience
- Experience preparing for state surveys or regulatory audits
SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY
This is a Monday–Friday salaried leadership position based in our Central Point office.
Because Aspire Caregiving provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the Administrator must also be available to respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies as needed to ensure continuity of care and compliance with state requirements.
