Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent (Night Auditor), where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests during the overnight hours. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of guest services, administrative duties, and hotel management to ensure smooth operations while providing exceptional hospitality. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the hotel, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to foster guest satisfaction.
Maintain security protocols by monitoring access to the hotel premises and ensuring guest confidentiality at all times.
Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and operational updates to ensure smooth handovers.
Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and updating guest records using hotel management software.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor essential for guest relations and internal communication.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail.
