Full Job Description

WWC Business Solutions, Inc., located on the northern Oregon coast, seeks a strong candidate with experience preparing all series of tax returns and general client bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Full Time, Part Time or Seasonal work is available.

Sample Job Duties:

Preparation of individual, partnership, corporation, estate and trust, and non-profit returns of varying complexity

Assist clients with tax planning and compliance

Provide guidance to clients on accounting matters

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with composure

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Dependable for punctuality and follow-through

Willingness to take on additional tasks and projects

Proficiency with Windows based computer programs, QuickBooks and tax software entry & reconciliation

Ability to take direction, learn quickly and work independently / as a team

Experience preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses

CPA preferred for business growth opportunity, but not required

* Compensation based on experience and type of license held
