Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Manual Screen Printer and bring vibrant designs to life through precise and skilled printing techniques. In this energetic role, you will operate manual screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel, promotional items, and custom merchandise. Your attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship will ensure each print meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment where your technical skills and artistic eye will make a tangible impact.

Duties

Set up and prepare manual screen printing stations, including selecting screens, inks, and substrates for each project
Mix and match colors accurately using color theory principles to achieve desired hues and effects
Apply designs onto various materials with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all prints
Maintain and troubleshoot manual screen printing equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and alignment before packaging
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for inks, chemicals, and equipment
Keep detailed records of print runs, ink formulas, and production notes for quality control

Experience

Proven experience in manual screen printing or related craft-based printing techniques
Knowledge of Pantone
Passion for craftsmanship with an eye for detail, quality control, and aesthetic consistency
