Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about accounting and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As an integral part of our financial operations, you will support various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Support finance department by managing daily clerical tasks.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile point of sale tickets, reconcile accounts, and process payments or incoming receipts.

Data Entry & Management: Maintain, update, and upload records into accounting systems.

Reconciliation: Perform preliminiary credy card reconciliations.

Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, file documents, and handle correspondence.

Qualifications:

Previous experience or coursework in accounting or finance is preferred of 1-3 years
Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. (GAAP).
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in 10-key typing is advantageous.
Ability to interpret financial data and perform account analysis confidently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
