Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Counter Sales professional with a strong background in construction or building materials. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking expert advice and product solutions at our counter. Your energetic approach will drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and support business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical sales experience, management skills, and knowledge of building materials to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing customer accounts, generating leads, and closing sales while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers face-to-face at the counter to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate construction or building materials.
Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery coordination.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service, negotiation, and upselling strategies.
Achieve sales targets by closing deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical support.

Skills

Proven experience in construction or building material sales with a focus on inside sales environments.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, account management, and customer service excellence.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through strategic selling techniques like upselling and cross-selling.
