<Job Overview>
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Life Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective clients, educate them on life insurance options, and help them secure their financial future. This position offers the chance to develop your sales skills while making a positive impact on the community through personalized insurance solutions.

<Duties>

Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community events
Present and explain life insurance policies clearly, ensuring clients understand coverage options and benefits
Negotiate terms with clients to find the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and expand market reach
Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration
Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure compliance during client interactions

<Experience>

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
Familiarity with sales administration tools, marketing strategies, and customer service best practices
Ability to handle telemarketing calls professionally while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
Demonstrated understanding of insurance products, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations is a plus
