Stephen Cole State Farm is seeking motivated & outgoing individuals to join our team as bilingual Insurance Sales representatives. As a sales representative you will work with both individuals & business owners to understand their risk management & financial goals. You will come up with creative insurance & financial solutions, with the help of your team and our company, to put together the best options for your customers.

As part of our successful team, we will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to better prepare you for a potential future career as a State Farm agent. As part of this opportunity, you will learn from an experienced agent, see what it's like to run a business and help grow an agency.

Responsibilities include :

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each & every day.

As an Insurance Sales representative, you will receive:

My Training Program Includes:

Licensing Assistance
Job shadowing with experienced representatives
Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes
Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, bank & investment products
Setting sales and growth goals
Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics

Requirements:

Must live in the Atlanta area
Bilingual (Must be able to assist customers in both Spanish & English)
Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing)
Entrepreneurial spirit
Enthusiastic about the role insurance & financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal & listening
Self-motivated
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
