What you’ll do

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional execution across both Front of House and Back of House teams.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high hospitality, service, and quality standards.
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop high-performing team members while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Drive restaurant performance by managing labor, food costs, controllable expenses, and overall profitability.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, safety, and company standards.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain consistency, quality, efficiency, and teamwork throughout the operation.
Address guest concerns and service recovery opportunities with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Execute company initiatives, systems, and training programs while maintaining operational consistency.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, development, and continuous improvement.
Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism, work ethic, and guest-focused hospitality.

What we are looking for

We're a fast-paced, high-growth organization where leadership, consistency, and accountability matter just as much as experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments, builds strong teams, and creates a culture of excellence, hospitality, and results.

3–5 years of General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, labor management, and cost control.
Proven experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm, decisive, and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Track record of driving guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational consistency.
High level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership.
Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company and help shape its future success.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
