We are a nationwide real estate investment group with over 13+ years of experience, and we're hiring an Acquisition Manager (also known as an Acquisitions Specialist, Real Estate Acquisitions Representative, or Inside Sales Closer) to join our high-performing team. This is a commission focused, 1099 contract position with realistic on-target earnings of $100,000 to $150,000 for quality producers. You will work directly with motivated home sellers nationwide who have already raised their hand and reached out to us. NO COLD CALLING. No prospecting. No list pulling. Just warm inbound leads, a proven sales process, and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities of the Acquisition Manager

Speak with inbound motivated home sellers and build rapport quickly over the phone.
Qualify leads, uncover seller motivation, and identify win-win opportunities.
We will teach you to analyze single-family residential properties for investments and present compelling cash offers.
You will negotiate purchase agreements and lock up contracts with sellers. Follow our proven sales process, scripts, and KPIs crafted by our team.
Maintain accurate notes, pipeline activity, and follow-ups inside our CRM.
Collaborate with our dispositions, transaction coordination, and operations teams to move deals from contract to close.
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly acquisition targets

Who We Are Looking For

We want someone hungry, coachable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped commission income. Our top performers are self-disciplined, thrive in a competitive environment, and treat their pipeline like a business. You should have either:

Extensive sales experience in high-ticket sales, inside sales, phone sales, closing roles, solar, timeshare, automotive, mortgage, insurance, or similar commission-driven industries, OR

Strong working knowledge of real estate investing, single-family home acquisitions, wholesaling, fix and flip, creative finance, subject-to, novations, or seller financing

Qualifications and Skills

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas (preferred).
Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling ability.
Comfortable working for commission with uncapped earning potential.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer with headset.
Familiarity with CRMs such as Investorfuse, Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot, REI BlackBook, Follow Up Boss, or similar (a plus, but not required)
Real estate license is NOT required!

Compensation and Benefits

1099 independent contractor, 100% uncapped commission with base pay. On-target earnings of $100,000 to $150,000, with top performers exceeding that range.
