Be the Person Who Makes It All Work.

Keller Williams Atlanta Classic is seeking a driven, organized, numbers-savvy, and people-focused Market Center Administrator (MCA) to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing real estate office.

The MCA is a key member of our leadership team, overseeing financial operations, administrative systems, agent support, compliance, and office culture.

What You'll Do

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial records.
Oversee monthly reporting, payroll, budgeting, and office expenses.
Manage agent onboarding and provide ongoing administrative support.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and real estate requirements.
Coordinate vendors, office supplies, facilities, and administrative needs.
Serve as a trusted resource for agents and leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
Help foster a professional, collaborative, and supportive Market Center culture.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, office management, or real estate operations.
Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills. Accounting software experience preferred.
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership.
Real estate or Keller Williams experience is a plus.
