Full Job Description

The Graivier Center is a premier plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in Alpharetta, known for delivering refined, natural results through a combination of surgical expertise and advanced aesthetic treatments.

We are seeking a high-performing experienced, detail-oriented Social Media & Front Desk Associate who understands luxury branding, has a sharp visual eye, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. In this multifaceted role, you will be working with our front desk staff while also spearheading our social media presence. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and organizational skills will help us build strong relationships with our community and elevate our brand visibility across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Capture and create high-quality photo and video content daily
Conceptualize and execute on-brand reels, stories, and posts across platforms
Maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic aligned with a luxury medical brand
Write refined, compliant captions with an understanding of platform sensitivities
Pull, organize, and curate patient before-and-after photography in alignment with brand standards and compliance
Manage and grow both practice and physician social media accounts with consistency and intention
Demonstrate proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including posting, engagement, and performance tracking
Coordinate with providers to capture treatments, results, and educational content
Stay ahead of trends while maintaining a filtered, brand-appropriate approach
2 plus years of social media content creation experience

Front Desk Assistance & Patient Experience

Assist with greeting clients warmly, providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring a positive first impression
Assist answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily flow
Maintain a high-touch, seamless patient experience
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, directing them to appropriate team members
This is not a front office position.

What Will Set You Apart

Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics
Ability to direct providers/patients for natural, flattering content capture
Understanding of luxury branding and minimal design
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Confidence in identifying what should not be posted

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
