Please Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position compensated on a per-route, per-stop, or mileage basis. The hourly rate listed on this platform is an estimated earning potential based on standard route efficiency.

Position Overview

Broadus Link, LLC is a premier professional logistics and courier service. We are currently building a reliable network of elite Independent Contractor Drivers to service upcoming recurring routes and on-demand delivery contracts.

Our primary clients include medical clinics, dental and orthodontic practices, laboratories, and professional law offices. Because we transport high-value, time-sensitive, and highly confidential assets—including dental prosthetics, medical specimens, confidential patient records, and critical legal documents—we look for contractors who project the utmost professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You will utilize your own reliable vehicle and smartphone, managing your own schedule while partnering with a logistics company that values your business.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Secure Transport: Safely transport and deliver medical specimens, dental implants/models, temperature-sensitive items, and sensitive legal filings between facilities.
Strict Adherence to Schedule: Execute time-sensitive routes with precision, ensuring pickups and deliveries are completed within designated client windows.
Compliance & Chain of Custody: Maintain an unbroken digital chain of custody using our mobile courier applications. This includes scanning barcodes, logging timestamps, and obtaining electronic signatures from clinical staff or legal personnel.
Professional Representation: Act as the face of Broadus Link, LLC. Contractors are expected to maintain a professional, neat appearance and display excellent communication skills when interacting with doctors, clinical staff, and office managers.
Safety Standards: Adhere to all healthcare transport regulations (HIPAA and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens protocols) and local traffic laws.

Contractor Requirements

To be eligible to partner with Broadus Link, LLC, you must provide and maintain the following:

Age & Licensing: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid, clean Georgia Driver’s License.
Vehicle: Must own or lease a reliable, well-maintained vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) with a clean exterior and interior.
Insurance: Proof of active auto insurance policy meeting commercial/courier liability standards (minimum coverage limits required upon contract signing).
Technology: A reliable, modern smartphone (iOS or Android) with a data plan capable of running GPS and courier routing applications.
Screening: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs occasionally and comfortably navigate medical complexes, multi-story medical office buildings, and courthouses.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus, But Will Train)

Prior experience as a medical courier, lab courier, or legal process server.
Existing certifications in HIPAA Compliance and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens (Broadus Link can provide resources to obtain these during onboarding if needed).
Familiarity with metro Atlanta, GA areas (including Gwinnett County) and/or Muscogee County.

As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to accept routes that fit your availability. Estimated weekly hours vary based on client volume and the specific routes you choose to accept; there is no guaranteed weekly minimum.
