Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff supervision and food safety compliance. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth shift operations and high morale.
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting dietary requirements and guest preferences.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and timely service across all dining outlets.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment.
Manage inventory control and food cost budgets through effective ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction strategies.
Supervise catering events and banquet functions, coordinating food service logistics to deliver memorable experiences.
Implement training programs focused on food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence to elevate team performance.
Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency improvements, including shift management and workflow optimization.
Ensure compliance with all food industry regulations and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary environment with a focus on fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production, catering, restaurant management, or banquet services.
Demonstrated expertise in managing food safety sanitizing procedures, inventory control, cost management, and kitchen operations.
Prior experience in managing teams as a chef or executive chef within the food industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of dietary department requirements and catering services is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, foster teamwork, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Familiarity with food handling regulations, menu planning techniques, shift management strategies, and restaurant experience is preferred.
