We are a fast-growing Atlanta litigation firm representing clients in construction, business and intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate is not afraid of a challenge, welcomes responsibility, and is willing to get their hands dirty in every phase of a case—from legal research and drafting to discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop hands-on experience in the real practice of law. The position offers the potential for growth into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft discovery, motions, and related correspondence in state and federal matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis for litigation and intellectual property matters.
Handle rights clearances and licensing for intellectual property matters
Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff professionally and efficiently.
Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar
1–3 years of experience in civil litigation
Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Base Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30326
