If you enjoy working directly with children, adolescents, and adults, administering psychological assessments, and being part of a collaborative clinical team—but would rather not spend your time writing reports—we'd love to hear from you.

Healthy Minds Psychological Associates is seeking up to three experienced Psychometrists to join our established private practice. We specialize in comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorders, executive functioning, anxiety, mood disorders, and related concerns.

Report writing is NOT required. This position allows you to focus on what many psychometrists enjoy most—providing high-quality testing and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Preferred Availability

Most testing appointments are scheduled on weekdays. Applicants with regular availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. will receive preference during the hiring process.

Job Overview

As a Psychometrist, you will administer and score comprehensive psychological and educational assessments while working closely with our licensed psychologists. You will play an important role in helping children, adolescents, and adults receive accurate diagnoses and recommendations that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

We are looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, organized, and committed to administering standardized assessments with accuracy and professionalism.

The position is based primarily in our Tucker office with occasional work in our Dunwoody office.

Primary Responsibilities

Administer standardized psychological and educational assessments
Score assessments accurately and efficiently
Document behavioral observations during testing sessions
Communicate with supervising psychologists regarding case progress
Record accurate and detailed process oriented notes during test-taking
Assist with test inventory and materials as needed

We're Looking for Someone Who...

Has at least 2 years of experience administering psychological and educational assessments in a school, clinic, hospital, or private practice setting (e.g., Wechsler Scales, WJ-IV/WJ-V, WIAT-4, etc.).
Enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
Builds excellent rapport and helps clients feel comfortable during testing
Is organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
Demonstrates strong time management and personal accountability
Communicates effectively with both clients and colleagues
Is flexible, professional, and able to work independently
Takes pride in providing high-quality, standardized assessment services

Experience administering the ADOS-2 is a plus but is not required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, Educational Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with significant testing experience may be considered.
Minimum of two years of psychological testing experience
Experience administering standardized cognitive, academic, processing, language, memory, ADHD, and social-emotional assessments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Candidates without prior psychological testing experience will not be considered.
