Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary

Gregg Orr Auto Collection is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests, both in person and over the phone. This role plays a critical part in delivering a welcoming, polished, and professional experience while supporting dealership operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer and manage a multi-line phone system, accurately identifying caller needs and directing calls to the appropriate department or team member
Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, assess their needs, and notify the appropriate department to assist or escort them
Deliver a personalized and professional guest experience that reflects the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction
Extend a high level of hospitality and professionalism to all customers, visitors, and team members
Provide administrative and operational support to various departments as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and customer waiting areas to ensure a welcoming environment at all times
Assist with special projects and cross-departmental tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Actively listen to and communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members or departments
Take ownership of customer satisfaction during every interaction
Perform additional administrative duties as directed by management

Qualifications & Experience

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, particularly in a fast-paced or hospitality-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset

Employment Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, drug screening, and possess a valid driver’s license
