Duties

Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to generate new business opportunities
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service, ongoing communication, and benefits administration support
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding market reach and achieving sales goals

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on client communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of insurance products such as life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for sales administration purposes
Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
