Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive a welcoming atmosphere, streamline service processes, and maintain operational excellence across all guest interactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Train new team members and provide ongoing development to enhance their skills in food handling, customer service, and restaurant operations.
Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee daily operations to meet service standards and optimize efficiency.
Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive dining experience; address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and other essentials; assist with stock control and ordering as needed.
Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift.
Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations; oversee food preparation areas when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food production, catering services, or banquet events ensuring timely delivery.
Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control; implement strategies accordingly.

Skills

Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in hospitality management.
Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for financial accuracy.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and effective communication skills.
Familiarity with food preparation, food safety management, inventory control, and kitchen operations; culinary or kitchen management experience is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift operations efficiently, and handle customer service challenges confidently.
Experience in managing hospitality teams within hotel or catering settings is advantageous; familiarity with banquet or event service preferred.
Ability to analyze financial data such as profit & loss statements while implementing cost-effective practices.
