Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, has fun, and makes a difference in the lives of the families we serve.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you’ll help create an exceptional experience for our practice members while supporting the team and keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Support:

Welcome new and existing practice members with energy and enthusiasm.
Build genuine relationships with patients and make them feel known, valued, and cared for.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help patients navigate their care.
Prepare paperwork, process payments, and assist with other front desk responsibilities.

Evaluation Support

Assist with new patient evaluations and other office procedures.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
Educate practice members about their care plans and chiropractic procedures.
Help patients understand the value of staying committed to their care and health goals.

Experience:

Healthcare, customer service, sales, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and culture fit are more important to us than having chiropractic experience.
