We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Davenport location!

Hours- 30-35 per week (hours will be posted on a weekly basis, and we are looking for someone that can work 4-5 days a week minimum)

Pay- $17/hour plus commission!

Ultra Cryo & Recovery Position Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist creates a welcoming, professional first impression for all clients and guests. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The Receptionist also actively supports sales efforts by promoting services, encouraging client engagement, gathering referrals, requesting reviews, and growing our social media presence. During downtime, the Receptionist completes assigned administrative tasks as designated by the Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and acknowledge all clients and guests warmly and professionally.
Answer phone calls promptly, using guest names when possible, and operate the phone system efficiently.
Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments accurately following company procedures.
Properly open and close the center according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked reception, restroom, and client relaxation area.
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately to protect company assets.
Provide detailed information about services, treatments, promotions, packages, and facility amenities.
Proactively gather referrals, request client reviews, and invite clients to follow Ultra Cryo & Recovery on Instagram.
Actively promote services, retail products, promotions, and client loyalty programs.
Assist guests with questions and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and business information at all times.
Document guest information accurately using the company’s electronic records system.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock of supplies, informing management when inventory is low.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the overall center during downtime.
Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and high-energy environment.
Attend all scheduled training sessions, meetings, and team development events.
Communicate immediately with management regarding any guest issues, staff concerns, or operational needs.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
Strong communication, listening, and computer skills.
Basic math and money-handling skills required.
Ability to work independently and remain at the assigned post for extended periods.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior receptionist, hospitality, spa, or customer service experience preferred.

Language and Reasoning Skills:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management.
Ability to problem-solve and apply common sense in day-to-day tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, type, and perform light cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Able to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.

Work Environment:

Primarily operates in a moderate to loud reception and service environment.
Must be comfortable working in a highly interactive, client-facing setting.
