Full Job Description

Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

· Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies

· Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data

· Collaborate with all departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

· Assist with month-end and year end closing process

· Support internal and external audit preparation by preparing and providing required documents and reports

· Assist accounting staff, sharing knowledge and guidance without formal supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but will consider 5+ years of experience in accounting field

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles

· Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, advanced Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail with follow up and follow through

· Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting and cost analysis
