Full Job Description

We are seeking a professional, energetic, customer focused individual who has lease-up experience and is passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience.

This 256-unit affordable community is located at 3225 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA 30906.

The ideal candidate will have strong Lease-Up experience with LIHTC experience highly preferred.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. Required to work rotating weekend schedule with the leasing team.

During the lease-up period this role will require heavy in-person and phone customer contact to get the building leased up. Weekends will be required while in lease-up.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Note: OneStreet Residential is a smoke-free environment in all locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Leasing Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide extraordinary service to prospects, residents, and visitors, including:

Work with staff members to manage all new and existing leads via Community Relationship Management (CRM) system. Respond to all new leads in a timely and professional manner.
Greet clients, complete all guest cards, and provide tours of the community.
Perform daily follow-up on open leads of prospective residents and schedule in-person tours.
Assist with daily walk-through of the community to ensure it is always ready for prospects. Touch up office, model and Clubhouse as needed.
Interact with residents to handle maintenance requests and other customer service-related needs.
Assist with outreach marketing efforts in and around the community. Attend offsite and evening events as needed.
Adheres to a varied work schedule, including weekends and occasional after hours for special events.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Valid GA driver’s license and automobile insurance

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of leasing, hospitality, or sales experience.
Lease-up experience in residential property management.
LIHTC experience highly preferred.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to include conflict resolutions.
Positive attitude, dependable, honest and eager to learn.
Must be able to travel locally.

Technology experience:

OneSite experience or other property management experience (required)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook

Physical Requirements:

This position generally performs work in a typical office environment. Regularly walk to inspect all inside and outside areas of the community. Perform in an environment prone to high levels of distraction, dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a varied and diverse array of people. Be able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
