Responsibilities:

Leadership Support: Provide essential administrative support to HomeCare and Hospice leaders, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Meeting Coordination - Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, and manage agendas, minutes, and materials.
Task and Project Prioritization: Showcase your ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, ensuring everything is completed on time and contributing to the smooth running of our operations.
Vendor Management: Manage contracts with vendors, ensuring timely renewal and insurance verification.
Staff Support: Provide valuable administrative support to our team, serving as a resource and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in office coordination or similar roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Team-oriented- You possess a collaborative mindset and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Compensation Information:

$21.14 - $37.00

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
