Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be computer literate, and have a friendly demeanor to effectively manage front desk responsibilities while assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with exceptional phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Assist with office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support the administrative team with various projects as needed.
Utilize computer software to manage documents and streamline office processes.
Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required.

Requirements

Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate with co-workers.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus.
Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
High level of computer literacy; familiarity with office software and tools is essential.
Previous experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
