Endura Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified.

Position Title: Business Office Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Denver, CO area

Pay: $80,000-$100,000 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all fiscal functions including budgeting, medical billing, financial management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulation policies such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards.
Manage medical office operations by supervising staff, coordinating medical administrative support, and ensuring optimal patient management software utilization such as EMR/EHR systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix.
Lead human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing healthcare staff to promote a positive work environment.
Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and electronic health records (EHR), adhering to legal and regulatory requirements for medical records management.
Monitor clinic activities related to acute care and managed care services, utilizing utilization management techniques to optimize patient outcomes and resource use.
Facilitate effective communication across teams through managerial communication skills while fostering excellent customer service for patients and visitors.
Maintain compliance with health regulation policies by conducting regular audits of office procedures, ensuring adherence to HIPAA privacy rules and safety standards.

Experience

Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within long-term care or similar settings.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in a clinical or dental office environment.
Extensive knowledge of fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes.
Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix or similar platforms; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management is essential.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO accreditation standards, and health policy policies.
Background in managing medical administrative support functions within clinics specializing in nursing or dental care is highly desirable.
